Service Description. This Site describes Tree Removal, Tree Trimming, Tree Pruning, Stump Grinding, Residential Land Clearing provided by A&R Tree Service LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to A&R Tree Service LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. A&R Tree Service LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. A&R Tree Service LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. A&R Tree Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
